Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Partner Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and expanding our partnership program. This role involves establishing and nurturing relationships with both domestic and international partners. You will be instrumental in shaping our partner strategy, driving mutual growth, and ensuring that our partners are well-equipped to leverage our platform’s full potential.
What You’ll Do...
1. Partnership Development
o Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners that align with Flips’ strategic objectives, focusing on both local and international markets.
o Develop and implement partnership strategies from scratch to drive mutual growth and success.
2. Relationship Management
o Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and partner satisfaction.
o Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues promptly.
3. Enablement
o Provide comprehensive training, tools, and support to partners, enabling them to effectively sell and implement our solutions.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
o Track and analyze partner performance metrics to ensure targets are met, identifying areas for improvement.
o Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance to internal stakeholders.
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams
o Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align partnership efforts with overall company goals.
o Provide feedback to product development teams based on partner and market insights.
6. International Partner Management
o Navigate and manage the complexities of international partnerships, including understanding different market needs, cultural nuances, and regulatory environments.
o Travel as needed to build and maintain relationships with international partners.
What You’ll Need...
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - MBA is a plus.
2. 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role within the B2B SaaS industry.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partner relationships, with experience in international markets being highly desirable.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
6. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
7. A fluent command of German and English.
