Sales/Channel management:
* Sales/channel action management, according to the standardized sales process, follow up customers/installers development, visit, negotiation, signing, collection and other links to ensure efficiency and orderly of sales/channel management.
* Sales/Channel target management, cooperate with headquarters to develop annual, quarterly, monthly sales plans, clear sales/channel targets; Through data modeling, result trend induction, summarize and analyze the data of sales/channel targets of each sales team, and develop improvement measures and action plans, and supervise the implementation.
Operation management:
* According to the company's strategic planning and annual business management requirements, organize the formulation of regional annual business management plans, and carry out target decomposition and evaluation.
* Identify and solve the problems and risks in the business process, analyze and report the business situation, supervise the departments to issue improvement plans and action strategies for the substandard business, and supervise the implementation.
* Plan business and function quick response process, solve process problem and drive improvement.
* Follow up the implementation of the major/assigned task plan of the business department, and review evaluation by stage.
Qualifications:
* At least 5+years experiences in Channel/sales management (Channel/sales management).
* Both English and Chinese can be used as work language.
* PV industry is preferred.
