Ensure contract performance, compliance, and delivery of KPIs, focusing on customer satisfaction and cost savings initiatives. Enhance workplace experiences by embedding client expectations and supporting site campaigns and programs. Enable team performance to exceed client expectations through effective leadership and coaching. Collaborate with senior leaders to advocate for innovative workplace solutions and collect insights for improvement. Implement initiatives related to savings, energy, health, safety, security, and succession planning. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive value creation within FM services and supply chains. Manage change effectively in demanding environments with multiple projects and deadlines. Establish and maintain effective business relationships with local customers while meeting CBRE commercial requirements. Present timely and accurate client reports according to agreed schedules. Contribute to overall service and financial performance of CBRE through proactive management. Prepare and oversee annual facilities management budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Review and analyze complex financial reports to generate innovative solutions and corrective action plans. Ensure adherence to health, safety, security, and environmental standards in facilities management delivery. Manage day-to-day FM services, logistics coordination, and landlord relations for site operations. Deliver a superior customer experience by proactively managing events, communications, and engagement initiatives Demonstrate strong leadership qualities to drive the performance across this expanding business and team. Ability to manage direct reports and corresponding teams. Proven experience managing a P&L and all associated financial processes Considerable experience in Facilities Management with ideally an engineering or hospitality background is preferred. Recognized commitment to Guest Service and exceeding guest expectations. Good customer facing skills Demonstrated capacity to use curiosity to find opportunities to create amazing outcomes Strong Technical knowledge / background. Awareness of workplace Health & Safety preferable Harbour Business proficient in English Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to write reports, analyze, and interpret complex business documents. Self-motivation and organizational skills with the initiative and ability to complete projects in a timely manner and proven ability to work under pressure. An operational knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other management systems.
