Representative(deputy):Manager of LaboratoryHighPower - Industrial &Automotive Gate Drivers.
Education andwork experience:
• Degree in electricalengineering or other deeptechnical backgroundin power electronics
• 5 years' relevantexperience
Professional expertise:
•Deeplyexperience in power electronics especially relatedto gate drivers and inverter systems and/or IGBTandMOSFETtechnologies
•Experience incircuit designand layout of printedcircuit boards withCAD systems likefor instance Altium Designer
•Experience incharacterization of gate drivers,power semiconductors and/or inverter system
Soft skills:
• Capabilities in managing and leading people
• Proven capability in leading complex projects and being effective while interfacing with different teams
• Very good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Ability in understanding and executing of Marketing- and Go-to-Market-Strategies
• Be willing and having the flexibility to travel on demand
• Ability in promoting and demand creation at customer.
MainResponsibilities:
• Compiling oftechnical specifications for gate driver designs
• Circuit design of gatedrivers including selection andevaluation ofsuitablecomponents
•Layout of printed circuitboards including compilation ofrelated production data for externalmanufacturingpartners
• Low and high voltage evaluationof gatedriver designs
• Review an analysisofcompetitorproducts
•Compiling andreviewing of relatedgate driver documentation in Chinese and English language
• Visiting customers forsupportanddemandcreation (in conjunctionwith Sales)
General Responsibilities:
