Intern at Bayer Foundation (all genders)
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support the planning and implementation of the Bayer Foundation's Social Innovation Portfolio
* Further development of the operational performance of selected programs
* Assist in establishing an Impact Measurement and Management approach for the Bayer Foundation
* Independently prepare, analyze, and document various datasets and proactively execute your own tasks
* Support communication activities regarding relevant content (e.g., web design, content management, and social media)
* Contribute to additional program-related concepts and their implementation in close coordination with program managers
WHO YOU ARE
* Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a business, (social) innovation, or another relevant field of study
* Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
* Quick comprehension, openness, and interest in cross-functional, challenging tasks
* Passion for social innovation, social entrepreneurship, and global sustainability goals
* Analytical and conceptual skills (especially regarding the visualization of quantitative and qualitative data)
* High degree of self-motivation and commitment, as well as strong customer orientation
* Excellent communication skills with a passion for innovative processes and changing challenges in an agile environment
* Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
