Role Purpose We are searching for a Collaboration Business Analyst & Developer. As part of the global Collaboration Team this role will be responsible for the full Solution Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) in the context of SharePoint Online / Office365. This includes requirements analysis in close collaboration with the business, carrying out feasibility studies, contributing to the Business Case, planning, designing, and proposing the best solution, building solution test scenarios, training, and handing over to the business. Attending the business in hyper care and regular support phases afterwards. Documenting, maintaining, and optimizing the solutions Role Responsibilities Analyse and gather requirements in close collaboration with the business Design and/or work with external partners in the design of the solution Propose and present the best SharePoint/Office365 solution to the business Plan the full delivery of the solution Coordinate the build with all involved external and internal parties Develop solutions using no-code development tools Test and support the business in User Acceptance Tests Train power users and coordinate the go-life of the solution Closely support the business in the after-go-life Hyper Care phase Provide long term support, maintain, and optimize the solutions Role Requirements A bachelor's in computer science, computer engineering, or related field Several years of project management experience in SharePoint/Office365, combined with very good knowledge of Office365 and its components in general Excellent knowledge of SharePoint Online Excellent knowledge in administration of SharePoint Online/MS Teams, experience in Office 365 administration in general Experience in process automation, using no-code development tools in Office365, primarily in Power Automate and PowerApps developments.
