We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Head of European Sales to join our Force Sensors division.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing the sales and customer support team across Europe.
2. Senior partner of the management in the territory.
3. Coach, mentor and develop the team.
4. Monitor and report on all sales activity and results.
5. Prepare annual sales budget and quarterly YEFC (year-end forecast) by customer, product, and territory.
6. Explore and develop new business opportunities/ market segments within territory; Increase sales growth and maximize market potential.
7. Selects appropriate subordinate sales staff to ensure smooth growth to support company objectives
8. Organizes and participates in regional meetings to facilitate efficient business practice
9. Willingness to travel across the region up to 50%
Requirements
10. BS in related discipline; MBA is a plus
11. 10+ years of significant experience in sales and business development at a senior level position.
12. Experience in sales and business development of Industrial Automation products /Sensors (weighing, force) to OEMs (Packaging, Robotics, Medical, Machine Builders, Construction, Agriculture etc.).
13. Strong business/finance background and experience
14. Knowledge of commercial transactional process involved with sales
15. Previous experience negotiating multi-year contracts with large, global OEMs
16. Excellent communication and presentation skills
