Braun group. As the term ‘global’ implies, we are providing our services for many subsidiaries across the globe. Since your role entails the interaction with several functions in the Source to Pay process and colleagues from different countries and cultural backgrounds you should be interested to work in an international environment. Duties and responsibilitiesYou will be responsible for the Global Shared Service Accounts Payable teams and develop your core teams to drive customer satisfaction, process efficiency and working capital optimiztion at the highest levelYou will manage and support the global Accounts Payable migration projects Close collaboration with our internal stakeholders (procurement organizations, local accounting teams, treasury, the other SSCs as well as global and regional process coordination teams)Responsibility for the (re)design, simplification, digitalization, standardization and automation of the invoice-to-pay processYou coordinate and carry out all necessary activities for the period-end closingContinuous improvement of process documentation, standard operating procedures and training material is a matter of course for you You update our analysis and performance measurement system and are responsible for the subsequent implementation of action plansProfessional competenciesYou have a university degree in economics, finance, management and/or computer science or a comparable qualificationYou have more than 2 years of experience in a leadership position More than 2 years of professional expertise in an accounts payable departmentYou have extensive experience in in shared service accounts payable migration projectsYou have very good SAP FI knowledge Knowledge of SAP SD & S/4HANA and an SAP roll out is desirable Robot process automation and/or process mining experience is a plusFluent written and spoken EnglishAdditional language skills are a plusPersonal competenciesYou work successfully in international teamsYou have an independent and committed, results-oriented way of workingYour high level of social competence is at the heart of your responsible and sustainable actionsYou are willing to perform and take responsibilityYou are characterized by excellent teamwork and communication skillsWhat we offerBecome part of a corporate culture that actively promotes constructive exchanges between colleagues, customers and partners.
