Responsibilities
* Oversee the overall site sales forecast and manage all operations at the site.
* Lead a team of sales managers to exceed client targets, achieve business goals, maintain compliant operations, and deliver optimal customer experiences.
* Provide guidance and assistance in executing key sales functions, helping set objectives, and achieving established goals.
* Ensure operational excellence by identifying process gaps or inefficiencies, recommending solutions, and contributing to their implementation.
* Identify and communicate local market needs, driving issues to resolution to minimize potential impacts.
* Manage overall team sizing and growth while building a world-class talent pool.
* Own and drive all project-related activities to achieve quarterly and yearly sales revenue.
* Coach, train, and evaluate team leaders to monitor their teams' daily and weekly performance.
* Regularly interact with client stakeholders, marketing, and OCP to maintain a consistent rhythm.
Qualifications
We hope from the candidates:
* Bilingual or proficient in English.
* Minimum of 10 years of technology-related sales or business development experience, plus 4+ years of program management experience with a proven track record of successfully leading teams of 20+ people, including 4+ Sales Managers.
* Passion for cloud technologies and driving change.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to coach teams to successfully drive sales over phone, email, video, and modern demonstration tools.
* Experience initiating and driving business strategy discussions with C-level executives and business decision-makers around industry drivers and workloads.
* Ability to identify key aspects of potential opportunities, nurture them to close, engage channel partners as needed, and manage customer relationships through success.
* General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual systems, processes, products, and services quickly and accurately.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
