Main Purpose: We're excited to announce an opening for a PreSales Principal Solution Consultant position for the Business Process Add-ons (formerly KineMatik) within our European Presales team. As a standout addition to our content server platform, these configured, automated business processes particularly resonate in sectors such as Energy, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, and Finance. Our dedication to innovation is unwavering, and we’re deeply committed to helping businesses realize their highest aspirations. As the Principal Solution Consultant, you will champion these Business Process Add-ons, a gem in the ECS portfolio, throughout Europe. This pivotal role necessitates extensive travel across various regions, mentoring local teams on product capabilities and the unique selling points, and leading sales demonstrations to highlight the power of our solutions. This role is designed to reinforce the European PreSales team, driving momentum for the Business Process product line. Your vast technical presales experience will be crucial in navigating intricate customer scenarios. Leveraging your knowledge of the technology and solutions landscape ensures mutual success for both our clients and OpenText. Your knack for collaborating with senior management will be instrumental in presenting value-driven solutions and crafting strategies for effective implementation. Your expertise will shape the Enterprise Information Management strategy, catering to the diverse needs of clients across sectors. Not only will you offer insights on current solution necessities, but you'll also paint a vision of future possibilities. Key Responsibilities Product Demonstrations: Perform detailed demonstrations of the Business Process solutions for potential clients and partners. Business Process Best Practices: Overtime understand best practices around the business processes starting with Document Control. Discuss and present to potential clients. Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with necessary product knowledge and sales materials to effectively sell the Business Process Add-on solutions. Provide training and workshops as needed. Market Analysis: Understand the unique needs of different European markets and customize presentations and demonstrations to address those specific needs. Customer Engagement: Assist in client meetings to address technical, product-specific and process questions. Provide an expert perspective on how these Business Processes fits the client's requirements. Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from sales teams and potential clients to help refine product offerings and improve sales materials. Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Development teams to stay updated with the latest features and functionalities. Work closely with the dedicated Business Process Solution Consulting team. Work closely with the wider Sales community on potential opportunities and drive pipeline. Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching sessions for regional teams, ensuring consistent and top-notch product and process understanding and presentation across all regions. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus. Proven experience in a pre-sales or similar customer-facing role. Experience in OpenText Extended ECM. Experience in Extended ECM related solutions an advantage. Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex product details into simple, digestible information. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a cross-functional team. Fluent in English. Proficiency in other European languages is a plus. Willingness to travel across Europe. Familiarity with the Business Process suite of solutions or similar industry solutions is a distinct advantage.
