We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate high-impact digital transformation initiatives within a European institutional context. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering complex IT projects with a particular focus on mobile applications, interoperability, and the definition of functional and technical requirements. This position requires strong leadership, analytical capabilities, and the ability to navigate both technical and policy-driven environments. Key responsibilities Define and validate functional requirements, use cases, and interface mock-ups Coordinate the drafting of technical documents and presentations for high-level working groups Manage the full project lifecycle, including scheduling, milestones tracking, and risk assessment Oversee the collection and processing of stakeholder input through surveys, consultations, and structured feedback mechanisms Supervise internal project contributors and external service providers, ensuring clear task prioritisation and alignment with objectives Maintain consistent reporting on project status, risks, and deliverables Serve as a key point of contact between business stakeholders, analysts, development teams, and external partners Required expertise Minimum 15 years of experience in the IT sector, including at least 10 years in project management Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in: Managing projects involving mobile applications Ensuring interoperability of IT systems Defining functional specifications for digital solutions Engaging with and reporting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Information Technology or Computer Science (mandatory) Certification in PM2 or equivalent project management methodology (e.g., PMP, Prince2) Fluent in English; working knowledge of French is an asset Working with ABAKUS IT-solutions At ABAKUS IT-Solutions, we empower digital excellence through trusted expertise and professional delivery.
