1. Ensure continuous flow of spare parts availability
2. Trigger and follow-up on repair orders
3. Analysis of stock and daily performance monitoring
4. Manage loan closures with suppliers and repair quotes
5. Monitor and ensure contracted costs and performance are met
6. Process improvement
7. Build strong relationships with our suppliers

8. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
9. Proven experience in Supply Chain and Logistics; an aviation background is a plus
10. Fluency in English and either German or French
11. Strong team player with a solution-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to challenges
12. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and dynamic environment
13. Motivated by a positive and collaborative workplace culture
14. Ability to work independently with a hands-on, can-do attitude
