We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) Corporate & Financial (Strategic Communications) to join our team in Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, or Munich starting in January, spring, or summer 2025.
Interested in crises, fake news, takeovers, or IPOs? We support clients with targeted messaging in current reporting, financial and quarterly results communication, and successfully positioning executives and company topics. We are trusted advisors to small and large companies alike, providing expert guidance in capital market transactions, crisis, and litigation cases. Our internships are generally six months long, while working student positions typically last for at least one year.
YOUR TASKS
* Supporting consultant teams in strategic advisory and operational support for companies in:
o Special situations such as mergers & acquisitions, IPOs, or crises
o Ongoing corporate and CEO positioning
* Creating and editing target audience-specific content and preparing complex topics for various stakeholders (companies, media, capital markets, etc.)
* Contributing to new business processes and internal projects that help develop our team and practice
* Participating in and potentially shaping internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing formats
Requirements
We are looking for:
* Excellent academic performance, ideally in a business, humanities, or legal field
* Internships or initial practical experience in a PR, communications, or management consultancy or a relevant role on the corporate side
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills; flexibility in working on multiple projects simultaneously; initiative and willingness to commit to a dynamic, demanding work environment
* Understanding of business and financial contexts
* Affinity for media and interest (or experience) in working with online platforms and social media
* Willingness to learn, curiosity, high attention to quality and responsibility
* Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
* Proficiency in common Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word)
* High motivation and enjoyment working in a collegial, performance-oriented team
