Your Responsibilities | Audit – Fiduciary – Reporting – PE/RE
* As an Audit Manager in this firm, you will be expected to participate in business development activities to attract new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
* A key aspect of your role will be to ensure the quality and accuracy of the entire audit cycle, including the review of audit reports before they are sent to clients.
* You will also be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in the Private Equity and Real Estate sectors, addressing their questions and any personalized needs they may have.
* Our partner expects you to support your team’s development by guiding them through complex situations, reviewing their work, and providing mentorship to help them grow professionally.
* You will report directly to the Directors, updating them on the status of multiple clients, team development, completed objectives, ongoing goals, and any critical situations that may require their intervention.
* In this role, it will be essential to ensure that all deadlines are met, considering the different phases and challenges that clients may face in their projects.
Profile and Career Path | Audit – Fiduciary – Reporting – PE/RE
* To be considered for this role, it is mandatory to speak English and French. Any additional language will be considered a plus.
* For this role, you should have previous experience working with Private Equity and Real Estate structures.
* You should have obtained a degree in Economics or a similar field.
* Being a Chartered Accountant or a Statutory Auditor will be considered a great asset to your application.
* You should have at least 5 years of experience as an Auditor in Luxembourg .
* Strong soft skills are essential due to the challenges of managing and supporting a team effectively.

* Our partner is prepared to offer a salary of up to 70,000€ gross per year, depending on your experience and the contribution you will bring to the team.
