The products they are developing will be wrapped into one, end-to-end financing platform over the coming years. The role You will play a key role in advancing the understanding of what your users want from the product and platform. Working with the other UX Designer, the Product & Marketing team, and the Development team, you will relay data and information across the teams for iterational improvements. These developments and new features will play a critical part in imcreaing conversions, with a focus on retentions too. Key Responsibilities Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and improve experiences. Collaborate with product manager, developers, and marketing teams to align design solutions with business objectives. Develop visually appealing user interfaces consistent with brand guidelines. Participate in design reviews and refine solutions based on feedback. Requirements: 3 years of experience in UX/UI design Portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving abilities, and final designs. Proficient in Figma for product design, prototyping, and developer handover. Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, visual design, and information architecture.
