Position Description Our customer is looking for an experienced Technical Service Manager (M/F/D) for Workplace and Unified Communication and Collaboration to join their organisation on a permanent role. · You will be responsible for the operation (2nd and 3rd level) of our IT services in the area of workplace, unified communication and collaboration. · You will take over the technical management of the team, which is spread across the Überlingen, Röthenbach a. d. Pegnitz and Nonnweiler locations. · During the (further) development of the services, you will ensure the right operating concept and, in some cases, take over their introduction as a project manager. · The availability and allocation of the right know-how and the necessary resources are just as much a part of your tasks as ensuring continuous documentation. · You will be responsible for compliance with the guaranteed service level agreements (SLAs) of the services as well as the optimization of operational processes in this environment. Essential Skills · Your degree in computer science · A related discipline with a focus on information technology or comparable training with appropriate professional experience is the ideal prerequisite for this position. · Your strong ability to work in a team and your good written and spoken English skills round off your profile. · Practical knowledge of Workplace and UCC (ideally with Windows 10, Blackberry UEM, Skype for Business, VMWare Horizon, SharePoint, Exchange and/or Lotus Notes) are also part of your portfolio such as experience in the technical management of teams and projects. · You are interested in acquiring broad IT knowledge and convince us with your communication skills as well as your analytical and goal-oriented way of working.
