WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
1. Responsibility for Pan-European distribution accounts and global responsibility for key customers
2. Direct negotiations and sales promotion at key customers for passive and wireless connectivity products
3. Create, implement, and execute business expansion and marketing sales strategy by product, region and market
4. Responsibility to increase sales and market share for Panasonic products by working closely with our product marketing and business development team
5. Ensure customer satisfaction, find mutual understanding and create win-win partnerships
6. Establish and maintain a network across all hierarchical levels between Panasonic and customers
7. Report defined KPIs on a regular basis
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
8. Academic degree in business or comparable qualification
9. At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales driven position, preferably within distribution or at a manufacturer
10. Commercial understanding, know-how of passive components desirable
11. Solution-orientation, customer focus and accountability
12. Excellent networking and presentation skills, self-driven and proactive
13. Fluent in German and English
14. Willingness to travel (up to % of your time)
15. Driver’s license required
