Mackenzie Stuart is representing a leading semiconductor company to identify a VP of Sales & Marketing. This key leadership role will drive sales efforts and oversee marketing strategies, enhancing market share across Europe while focusing on turnkey SoC design, large ASICs, FPGAs, and embedded software for automotive applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a robust sales and marketing strategy.
* Serve as the key point of contact for European sales communications with teams across the US and Asia.
* Cultivate relationships with key accounts within the automotive sector.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to SoC design, ASICs, and FPGAs. Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, and Customer Support teams.
Qualifications:
* Strong technical background; Bachelor’s in Engineering minimum.
* 15+ years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on SoC design.
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth in the automotive sector.
* Excellent communication skills; fluent in English; German preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation:
* €150,000 + target-based bonus
Location:
* Hannover, Germany; 50% of time required in the office when in the country. 30% global travel expected.
