Our client is an Asset Management company located in Kirchberg in Luxembourg. They are looking for a temporary worker for a mission until the end of June 2025. With assets under management totalling over EUR 500 billion and a staff of more than 4,000 present in over 40 countries, our client offers a comprehensive range of financial management services to institutional clients and distributors around the globe.
To support its current growth, our client is looking for a Business development officer - global client group.
Main tasks:
Within our Luxembourg-based sales team, you focus on the Greek and Cypriot markets and your key duties and responsibilities include:
* Give sales support to the Client Relationship Manager responsible for the Greek and Cypriot markets
* Customer liaison and servicing of wholesale and institutional clients and prospects
* Handling of different types of client and prospect enquiries
* Liaising between clients and our different departments (Investments, Legal, Compliance, Client Servicing, Marketing) to provide timely, efficient and customised solutions to our clients' needs
* Helping the Luxembourg team to prepare for client and prospect meetings, update our client relationship management database (Salesforce)
* Liaise with Marketing to organise Portfolio Managers roadshows and client events
* Preparing business and market analyses

Required qualifications and skills
* You hold a University Degree
* Fluent in Greek (main prerequisite) and in English. French knowledge is an advantage
* Genuinely interested in asset management and sustainable finance
* Driven with very strong communication, organisational and time management skills
* Previous working experience/internship in the field of Asset Management, Pension Funds or Insurance Business is an advantage
* Experience with Microsoft Office
