Aufgaben
* Lead and manage change initiatives related to the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in different regions, focusing on achieving organizational goals and minimizing disruption.
* Collaborate with Global Change Management Lead and regional teams to integrate change management into project plans.
* Coordinate with other change managers to align strategies, share knowledge, and implement best practices.
* Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
* Develop and deliver training materials about SAP SuccessFactors to prepare employees for changes.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.
* Manage risks, resolve issues related to change initiatives, and maintain good relationships with external vendors.
Qualifikationen
* Degree in business administration, psychology, or related fields.
* 7+ years of experience in global change management projects, preferably in IT/software implementation.
* Proven experience leading change initiatives in a regional or global context.
* Experience in an international environment, effectively managing cultural differences.
* Strong social and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively.
* Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking, navigating complex matrix organizations, and managing stakeholders.
* Certified in change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR) and willingness to travel national/internationally (15-20%).
* Fluent in English; German or Mandarin is a plus.
