Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
* Talent Sourcing: Use innovative and creative sourcing methods to find the best candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and social media.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
* Employer Branding: Actively promote the company as an employer of choice by participating in events, creating engaging job advertisements, and showcasing our values and culture.
* Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Data-Driven Decisions: Track recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve our hiring strategies.
