Your tasks and responsibilities
* Support the Quality department to put in place relevant processes (BMS) in Germany and raise awareness
* Participate in the QHSE normative and regulatory watch
* Carry out Safety awareness for newcomers in Germany
* Support the operational teams to gain efficiency in their way of working :
o Identify and analyze non-conformities and proposed improvements (cause analysis, follow-up of actions...),
o Monitor performance indicators on projects (Quality, Deadline, Satisfaction...) and on the Manage Improvement process (documentation system, etc.),
o Carry out internal QHSE audits and follow-up of associated actions,
o Participate in certification and customer audits (ISO9001,...)
Required qualifications & skills
* A completed degree in Engineering, specialization in Quality or Safety
* Appropriate knowledge and experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
* Appropriate knowledge and experience in the field of Quality and Safety
* Knowledge and experience in ISO9001 and Safety regulations
* Synthesis and writing skills
* Customer orientation
* Facilitator / Mediation skills
* Rigor and organization
* Positive and collaborative approach / relational ease
* Advanced level in English and German is mandatory. French language skills would be an asset
