Job Responsibilities:
* Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for open positions from intake meetings, sourcing, and screenings to offer negotiation.
* Build and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to proactively build robust talent pipelines for talent pooling, competitor analysis, and market mapping.
* Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing transparent communication, personalized interaction, and timely feedback.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders including hiring managers, management, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a collaborative recruitment process.
* Continue to evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition.
* Stay on top of key performance metrics and use this data to evaluate and refine recruitment processes.
* Act as an ambassador for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment and talent initiatives.
* Utilize social media to enhance brand visibility and attract high-calibre talent.
Qualifications: Who You Are:
* Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the software industry.
* Demonstrated success in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, identifying, attracting, and hiring high-performing talent.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills: ability to build trust and credibility internally and externally.
* Excellent communicator, both written and verbally.
* Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
* Committed to fostering and encouraging diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment processes.
* Agile and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global environment.
* Must be able to speak German fluently.
