We are looking for a Global Deputy Business Process Owner to lead and optimize the Lead to Order (L2O) process. L2O covers the entire journey from lead generation through to order fulfillment, ensuring seamless sales operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CRM implementation, end-to-end sales cycles, and a background in customer service or sales operations. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning global business processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring smooth CRM integration to enhance the sales lifecycle. If you have a passion for process improvement on a global scale and expertise in sales cycle management, we’d love to hear from you Your tasks Process Deployment: Support and lead aspects of the design, deployment, and management of technologically driven processes globally, ensuring successful L2O process implementation through the project lifecycle. Deptuise for the Global Process Owner as required. Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation on all phases of processes, including policies, procedures, work instructions, process flow maps, and specifications. Integration: Support seamless integration between CRM and relevant L2O supporting systems and solutions. Change Management: Support change management activities, supporting local business functions in collaboration with the Program team. Community Participation: Engage in the process owners' community to accelerate decision-making and drive process improvements. Relationship Building: Build and sustain strong relationships, provide persuasive communication, and advocate for the function. Performance Reporting: Develop and report KPIs to enable strategic understanding of process performance. Ongoing Support: Provide coaching, mentoring, and troubleshooting for deployed processes. Your profile Proven experience of Lead to Order global process design and CRM implementation Proven experience of CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce) and CPQ applications Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in German or other European languages is a plus. Minimum of 25% international travel required. Experience in a customer service-oriented or sales operations role is advantageous.
