Job Description
In this coordinating role you will have administrative responsibility and take care of organizational support for sales (Sales Director and team) in the relevant department as well as processing, creating, editing and managing sales projects. You will be maintaining and providing sales reports and act as the key in communication and organizing meetings for the entire sales team. The role mainly consists of sales-related and sales-supporting activities in which you will collaborate closely with other departments at the EMEA Headquarters (such as marketing, customer service etc.).
Main Responsibilities
* Support for the Sales Director for the Recon & TDS area;
* Handling correspondence/interface function with other internal departments and companies, creating, editing and distributing departmental communication and mailings;
* Creating presentations and other sales documents (German/ English;
* Creating and preparing evaluations of various sales data (sales development
o of the individual areas/regions, etc.);
* Event implementation as part of local sales events (promotion) and on-site;
* Support in our innovation hub in Berlin;
* Preparation and follow-up of appointments, sessions & organization of meetings;
* Project work related to sales projects;
* Creating and supporting mailings and social media content;
* Research activities and database maintenance (CRM system;)
* Coordination with the EMEA headquarters.
Qualifications
Education and professional experience
* • Commercial training or degree in economics;
* • Several years of professional experience as an assistant desirable, preferably in an international company;
Required skills/knowledge:
* • Good IT user knowledge (MS Office package, Teams, LinkedIn);
* • Excellent communication skills in German and English;
* • SAP and Salesforce experience/ knowledge(preferred);
* • Experience within sales projects desirable.
