Our client is one of the leading companies in fruit and vegetable cultivation with approximately 20, employees. We are seeking a highly motivated and solution-oriented individual as an Area Sales Manager (m/f/x) in the Fresh Food industry.
Responsibilities
1. Acquire new customers within the fresh product market
2. Develop and implement the company's business strategies for growth
3. Promote the brand and its product range effectively to customers
4. Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
5. Conduct market research and monitor competition
6. Track and manage commercial KPIs
Skills
7. Previous experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar role
8. Experience in sales and customer relationship management, particularly in the fresh product market
9. Experience in analyzing market trends
10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
11. Entrepreneurial mindset
12. Very good knowledge of English and German
