As a Senior HR Team Leader, you’ll be the go-to person for all HR matters within your unit, guiding and mentoring a team of HR professionals while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and great employee experience.
Lead and develop a team of HR professionals in day-to-day operations
Serve as a strategic partner to local management and global HR teams
Ensure compliance with German labor law and company policies
Oversee employee relations, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding
Support performance management, coaching, and employee engagement initiatives
Drive HR projects and contribute to process improvements
Act as a point of contact for escalated employee issues
Requirements
o Fluent in German (C1 or native) and proficient in English
o Several years of experience in HR, including leadership responsibilities
o Strong knowledge of German employment law and HR best practices
o Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams
o Structured, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills
o HR qualification or relevant degree preferred
o 3-5 years of HR Supervisor experience (with payroll experience) is must (in Germany only Austria/Switzerland not accepted)
