You will provide energetic advice on the implementation and further development of SAP modules in customer service and, in particular, field service management and, in the future, S/4-HANA service.
You can routinely handle relevant activities in the area of necessary software upgrades and updates as well as second and third level support.

You have experience in SAP module support and consulting in the area of customer service and in particular field service management, including industry-specific customizing.
You have a high degree of service and customer orientation as well as a structured way of working.
You have moderation skills, preferably also a good command of German and English.
