This individual will possess a deep understanding of consumer preference and behavior, robust research methodologies, and strong stakeholder management skills to translate insights into actionable strategies. How you will contribute Design and implement research studies across a variety of methodologies, including quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods. Translate insights into actionable strategies: Analyze research data and present compelling findings and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and consumer insights, to ensure research aligns with business needs and objectives. Manage relationships with external research vendors and agencies to ensure quality research execution and delivery. Stay abreast of trends and best practices: Continuously learn and adopt new research methodologies and approaches to remain at the forefront of consumer science research. Manage and develop junior Researchers and Technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team. What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Degree in Science, Marketing Research, or a related field. 6 years of experience in consumer research, with a proven track record of leading successful research projects. Strong understanding of research methodologies, including quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods. Advanced analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and presentation, including Digital approaches and tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex research findings to a variety of audiences. Proven ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the consumer goods industry.
