In this role, you ensure that projects not only run smoothly and contribute to our financial success but also that the client experiences us as caretakers for the projects value contribution. You balance client expectations with strategic and financial goals, anticipate and navigate project risks, and keep an eye on the bigger picture. By understanding what drives our clients, you help turn projects into success stories. As a trusted partner, you maintain clarity for all stakeholders and team members, ensuring that our work remains both inspiring and reliable—strengthening client relationships and contributing to our agency’s success.
What you will do:
* Lead Projects: Own the end-to-end delivery of diverse digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Whether it’s a B2B e-commerce marketplace or a microsite, you seamlessly navigate the entire product lifecycle—from concept to launch and beyond
* Client Engagement: You deeply understand client needs, act as a strategic advisor, and create business value within their time and budget constraints. You also identify opportunities for future collaborations.
* Clear Communication & Alignment: You cut through complexity, keep communication transparent, and bring clients, interdisciplinary teams, and stakeholders together toward a shared goal.
* Best Practices: You establish and refine workflows that enhance efficiency, reliability, and consistency – ensuring every project meets the highest standards and contractual agreements.
Requirements
What we expect:
* You have 4+ years of experience leading digital projects, ideally in an agency or consulting environment, ensuring successful project delivery.
* You have a track record of advising clients, guiding them through challenges, and making strategic recommendations that create value.
* You excel at setting priorities, resolving conflicts, and keeping teams and clients aligned on goals and expectations.
* You have experience owning project budgets and balancing financial and strategic objectives.
* You are fluent in German and English and can confidently communicate with clients and teams in both languages.
* You have a track record of successfully managing and delivering digital projects that drive business impact and user value.
* A degree or experience in Business Administration, Communications, UX, or a technical field is beneficial.
* Willingness to travel for internal events and workshops in Germany/Austria
