As a Google Ads Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive sales growth by identifying and implementing effective digital advertising solutions in collaboration with German businesses and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners. You will work with a diverse portfolio of advertisers, developing tailored strategies to maximize their return on investment (ROI) and ensuring they leverage Google Ads effectively.
This is a target-driven sales role, requiring a consultative approach to customer acquisition, retention, and upselling opportunities. You will be part of a dynamic sales team focused on expanding the client’s customer base across the EMEA region, contributing to the continuous optimization of the German digital advertising landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively engage with new and existing advertisers to develop strong relationships and identify business needs, offering performance-enhancing advertising strategies.
* Consult and upsell Google Ads solutions by analyzing client objectives, optimizing campaigns, and increasing ad spend efficiency.
* Provide strategic digital marketing advice, ensuring businesses achieve maximum impact from their advertising investment.
* Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, driving revenue growth while ensuring a superior customer experience.
* Effectively communicate via phone, video calls, and email, guiding clients through campaign setup, optimization, and expansion.
Requirements:
* Native-level German (C2/C1) and fluent English proficiency.
* At least 1 year of experience in sales (preferably within digital marketing, PPC campaign management, or media buying).
* Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
* Expertise in Google Ads, AdSense, YouTube, and related digital marketing platforms is highly advantageous.
* Exceptional presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
* Passion for technology, online advertising, and marketing trends, with a keen ability to adapt to evolving industry landscapes.
