Main Responsibilities Production Supervision: Oversees all aspects of program production, from pre-production to post-production. This includes planning, casting, set design, directing and more. Team Leadership: Oversee and guide content staff and other production teams. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment. Creative Direction: Define the creative vision for the program, ensuring that all elements (scripting, directing, acting, production design, etc.) align with that vision. Budget: Manage the program's budget, ensuring that resources are used efficiently to maximize program quality. Make strategic decisions to optimize resources and maintain high production values. Writing and Editing: Lead the writing team, participate in script writing and edit scripts to ensure consistency and quality across episodes. Hiring and crew management: selecting and managing crew members, including directors, actors, writers, and technical staff. Conflict resolution: managing any issues that may arise during production, from cast conflicts to technical problems. Audience Analysis: Monitor audience feedback and ratings to make informed decisions about program direction and possible adjustments. Requirements A visionary leader who can guide the narrative and creative direction of the program while managing the logistical and commercial aspects of the production. Experience in producing television shows, ideally reality shows and live. Studies in Audiovisual Communication, Journalism, Film, Audiovisual Production or similar. Creative vision: We are looking for someone with a keen eye for creative excellence and the ability to develop and execute long-term content strategies. Industry Experience: Several years of experience working in the television industry, especially in roles related to writing, producing and directing entertainment and reality television programs. Ability to write and review scripts: The ability to conceive ideas and bring them to reality, either through live programs or recorded video. Supervise the team of writers or scriptwriters to ensure the narrative of the product. Leadership skills: must be able to lead and manage large teams, including directors, editors, writers, talent and technical staff. Knowledge of television production: Understanding all aspects of production, from pre-production to post-production, is essential to oversee the creation of an audiovisual program, whether live or recorded. Creativity and artistic vision: Must have a clear creative vision for the program and the ability to bring that vision to the screen.
