Here you will be supporting the Chief Compliance Officer of STADA in further developing and strengthening of STADA’s Global Compliance Management System, comprising of the main areas of anti-bribery/anti-corruption (ABAC), anti-trust, anti-money laundering, data privacy as well as export control and sanctions. You will also be accountable for the coordination of activities required within STADA Germany to be compliant with STADA’s and applicable Pharma Associations’ Code of Conduct as well as with STADA’s Global Policies and Procedures, local laws, regulations and applicable professional codes to avoid undue legal risks and to ensure the ability of STADA Germany to conduct compliant business activities. What you can expect: You monitor and review compliance processes, identify weaknesses, assess compliance risks and ensure sound internal controls. You are responsible for the implementation of Compliance Program elements for STADA Germany, providing oversight regarding all Compliance issues and activities. You advise on the areas mentioned above, predominantly ABAC and interaction with HCPs. You maintain awareness and understanding of relevant laws, regulations, codes and the business environment in which STADA Germany operates. You will identify risks, make sure they are understood and bring them to the appropriate business/function head at STADA Germany. You will work closely with the Head of Legal STADA Germany (dotted line) on Compliance topics relevant for STADA’s German Senior Executive Committee as well as with the whole STADA Legal Germany team. You will be responsible for monitoring, evaluation and implementation of important compliance court rulings or legislation for STADA Germany, review of processes and take actions if needed. Who we are looking for: You have a university degree in law, economics or comparable studies, additional training desirable (e.g. Healthcare Compliance Officer, Compliance Officer). You can demonstrate 2-5 years' experience in a compliance role in the pharmaceutical industry. You have profound knowledge of underlying rules and regulations for ABAC, Healthcare Compliance and white collar crime. You have a very good knowledge of controls, preventive measures for combatting white collar crime. You possess strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all seniority levels. You have a fluent knowledge of German and English. You can work under time pressure as well as monitor and follow strict timelines. You have the capability to explain complex information simply and clearly.
