Senior Manager Global Benefits (f/m/d)

What you can expect:
1. Lead the design and execution of a global benefits strategy aligned with STADA’s business and people goals
2. Shape, maintain, and steer global benefits policies and governance, ensuring local alignment and compliance
3. Drive strategic initiatives and projects (e.g., Green Car Policy, health insurance, pensions) across global and local levels
4. Build strong partnerships with local C&P leaders, global decision-makers, and finance to ensure effective implementation and financing
5. Oversee external vendors and brokers, negotiate contracts, and monitor market trends to ensure competitive and cost-effective offerings
6. Use data and analytics to assess program effectiveness and ensure sustainable budget planning
7. Mentor and guide a global Performance & Rewards community, sharing best practices and building internal capabilities
8. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic benefits decisions and regulatory considerations
Who we are looking for
9. 5–8 years of experience in Total Rewards, Global Benefits, or HR Controlling, with at least 3 years in large international companies
10. Strong expertise in designing, managing, and evolving global benefits programs, including pensions and insurance models
11. Skilled in stakeholder management across global and local levels, with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally (HR, finance, legal)
12. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a pragmatic, business-focused mindset
13. Experience working with German co-determination (Mitbestimmung) and Workers’ Councils is a plus
14. Strong leadership presence, with the ability to influence and drive initiatives in a complex matrix organization
15. Fluent in English and German
16. Professional certifications (e.g., CEBS, GRP) are desirable
