They are supported by strong Business Support Functions. Currently our overall German Finance Organization is looking for a Deputy Finance Manager (m/w/d). This person should support the Finance Manager for Accounting, Tax, Controlling, and Administration of JE Germany and Pendix Group (support decision-making and controlling, forecasting, budgeting etc.) Your responsibilities will be to: General Ledger Accounting, monthly financial statements, bi-annual HK FRS, yearly local GAAP (HGB), periodically reporting Support budget preparation, forecast with cost and headcount Conduct Variance Analysis of actuals figures and budget figures Support preparation of tax calculation, tax returns in collaboration with tax consultants, counter part of tax auditors Control RnD project costs, project controlling Manage Capital expenditures requests (CAR) Identify improvement areas and savings potential Take care of Finance of E-Bike unit Pendix located in Zwickau together with local team and carry out profitability analyses (20% travel between Dresden and Zwickau required) Control assets (inventory and fixed assets), supervising fixed assets count and inventory count Our requirements: Educational background & hard skills: University degree in Finance related studies or similar field Ideally, 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably international and technical business background Knowledge of relevant ERP systems is an advantage (especially MOVEX and Oracle) Fluent in English (written and spoken); German (beginner) Soft skills: Customer focused view combined with a think-like-an-owner attitude Structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic way of thinking and working Committed and reliable personality Experience in technical trouble shooting Solid acting in an intercultural environment Convincing and clear communication and presentation skills What we offer: Exciting and challenging projects for your personal and professional growth An open-minded and cooperative working environment Flat hierarchies for living a „can do” mentality, as well as interdisciplinary teamwork Social events and benefits (e.g. support to public transport, kindergarten fees or fuel card) Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
