For our North East Europe (NEE) team based in Wolfenbüttel we are looking for a
Area Director NEE (f/m/d)
which is responsible for increasing our sales and turnover in approx. 4 markets: Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova
The following tasks are waiting for you:
* Manage the Central and Eastern European countries within the NEE region
* Work with the Regional Vice President to draw up the annual depletions, shipment and marketing budget for the assigned region
* In conjunction with the local marketing departments, produce and manage the implementation of an agreed Jägermeister brand plan and ensure consistency with international brand positioning and allocation of resources in line with Jägermeister strategy
* Drive day to day the marketing requirements and commercial development e.g., localize global campaigns, pricing analysis, drive limited editions, provide outstanding customer support, lead cross functional projects
* Development of relationships and expansion of the business together with existing and newly recruited distributors in designated markets
* Lead, develop and control the above-mentioned business in collaboration with the direct manager
* Ensure delivery of commercial objectives and continuously track progress against targets
* Manage and influence distribution partners to ensure the correct implementation of the aligned strategy in the individual markets
Your qualifications & skills:
* University degree level education with focus on business administration, sales, marketing or a similar education
* Plenty years business experience within sales, preferably within FMCG and especially spirits
* Extensive experience in Brand Marketing, incl. brand building in the on-trade environment, experiential and lifestyle brand marketing
* Commercial excellence with analytics involved in commercial support tasks e.g. market analysis, monthly financial reports, competitor reviews
* Establishing and managing distributor relationships
* fluent English speaker & excellent communication and persuasion skills
* Affinity for numbers and know-how in data analysis
* Willingness to undertake extensive business travel to markets
