Join us, and let’s shape the future of digital commerce together at Spryker!YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIESDefine Strategy: Shape and continuously refine Spryker’s strategic roadmap, guiding our Annual Strategy Review to ensure alignment with evolving market demands.Drive Growth Initiatives: Lead execution of key growth strategies, including fundraising, M&A, and integrated strategies to boost market share.Enhance Market Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis to enrich our strategy with data-based industry trends and competitive intelligence.Manage OKR Process: Champion quarterly company priorities through our OKR process, aligning teams across Spryker toward common objectives.Advise Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team and cross-functional managers, driving cross-departmental collaboration and execution excellence.OUR EXPECTATIONSProfessional Experience: 4+ years in global management consulting, or corporate strategy/M&A, ideally within a scale-up or B2B SaaS environment.Problem Solving: Advanced project management skills, with analytical rigor and multi-stakeholder perspective, from initial problem definition to synthesis and recommendation.Working Style: Independent, adaptable, and highly self-motivated, with an ability to manage dynamic priorities.Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust and collaboration at all levels.Track Record: Exposure to end-to-end M&A transactions and demonstrated success in high-stakes environments are pluses.Language Skills: Fluent in English; German is a plus.Mobility: Willingness to travel regularly, including visits to our Berlin headquarters.SOUNDS LIKE YOU?This is a great position and opportunity to develop and build a team in a global organization and take the Strategy and M&A function to the next level.
