Your mission Klim is on a mission to revolutionise regenerative agriculture, and we're scaling after securing our Series A funding. As our VP of Engineering, you’ll play a central role in shaping the future of our industry. Working closely with our CTO, CPO, Head of Product, and other key stakeholders, you’ll drive the delivery of our ambitious product roadmap and help position Klim as a leader in sustainable agriculture. You’ll attract and retain top talent, foster a high-performing and collaborative culture, and lead groundbreaking projects that leverage big data, remote sensing, and machine learning. ReactJS (TS) for our core web client NodeJS & Express (TS) for our core API Postgres for relational DB & Sequelize ORM AWS and related services for our infrastructure & microservices Atlassian software (Jira, BitBucket, etc.) for workflow Your profile 8 years of experience as an engineer in a production environment. 3 years in a senior engineering leadership role such as VP of Engineering, Head of Engineering, Engineering Director, or similar. 3 years with a NodeJS, ReactJS & Typescript codebase. Hands-on experience in managing cloud infrastructure, devops and CI/CD. Demonstrable experience in a startup with strong focus on big data, remote sensing, machine learning, or agritech. Strong record of developing deep-tech strategies, and supporting the development of product roadmaps. Strong experience in product-driven companies collaborating closely with product managers, UI designers and senior product representatives. Experience managing teams of 20 Passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment and enthusiasm for doing something positive. Fluent English.
