You’ll extract and analyze key insights from our CRM (HubSpot), build meaningful reports in BI tools, and help our teams make smarter, faster decisions. In summary, we're looking for a technically skilled professional with experience in the field of BI who enjoys crunching numbers, understanding the in's and outs of data, and the processes behind them. What You’ll Do Analyze & Optimize: Track and deeply analyze KPIs across Sales and customer processes to improve performance and efficiency CRM & BI Mastery: Extract, clean, and interpret data from HubSpot and other systems, transforming it into powerful dashboards and reports ️ Hands-on: Work directly with data in Python (or Typescript) and are able integrate datasources by yourself Collaboration is Key: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure data-driven decision-making Strategic Impact: Identify trends, forecast opportunities, and provide actionable insights that drive growth What Makes You a Great Fit ✅ You love numbers, KPIs, and making sense of complex data ✅ You have experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and know how to extract and analyze data using BI tools ✅ You have at least 3 years experience in BI ✅ You have experience with BI-Tools, scripting languages like Python (Typescript experience is also a plus) and you are able to integrate different datasources by yourself ✅ You’re structured, proactive, and love turning data into real business impact ✅ You’re passionate about sales and customer-related processes, always looking for ways to optimize and improve ✅ You speak fluent English Why Work at Reonic?
