Responsibilities
* Collaborate with delivery lead and architect to build a strong technical team for CDP (BlueConic) and CIAM (SAP CDC)
* Define the technical way of working for the development process & manage implementation partners
* Lead technical teams for assigned software solutions, providing mentorship and coaching and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence
* Ensure high standards for the full life-cycle development process - from product definition and strategy through design, development, quality assurance and release
* Continuously maintain the software solutions to keep them performant, safe and secure
Qualifications
* Open to work in an international, agile, dynamic, virtual team with stakeholders from the Americas and Europe
* Was involved in software configuration, development & testing, in at least one of the two main software solution technologies
* Experienced with cloud automation, orchestration tools, Azure Functions, APIM, etc.
* A solid understanding of handling consumer data (ideally with experience of GDPR, privacy compliance related challenges)
* Fluent English language skills
