Your Responsibilities:
* Process and resolve support requests and incidents within the SNOW ticketing system.
* Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues efficiently.
* Proactively identify and analyze IT problems, implementing effective solutions.
* Manage inventory and maintain IT equipment in meeting rooms, the data center, and the training room.
Your Skills:
* Proven experience in IT support and working with ticketing systems.
* Strong knowledge of software and hardware within a Second Level Support environment.
* Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem.
* Customer-oriented mindset and excellent service skills.
* Excellent communication skills in German and good command of English for daily use.
