They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join their team and drive sales efforts across Germany. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the metallurgy sector. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Provide technical consultation and support to clients regarding metallurgy-related products and solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. Frequent travel within Germany (approximately 25-30%). Key Requirements: Experience: Strong background in metallurgy, with technical sales experience being highly desirable. Industry Knowledge: Expertise in metallurgical processes is a key requirement; knowledge of Schmelzmetallurgie (melting metallurgy) or Anwendungstechnik (application engineering) is a strong plus. Sales Skills: Proven ability to drive sales, develop client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. Gas Sector Experience: While not essential, prior knowledge of the gas sector is a plus. However, candidates with a strong metallurgy background can learn this aspect. Location Flexibility: The candidate can be based anywhere in Germany, though a central location is preferred for ease of travel. Technical Aptitude: Understanding of combustion systems and burner technology is beneficial but not mandatory. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: Approx. €55,000 - €65,000 (for junior-level candidates, negotiable for senior-level candidates based on experience). Bonus Structure: Based on company goals (60% company goal 40% target agreement), with potential earnings equivalent to one month x2-4. Flexible Work Environment: Remote work with travel requirements.
