About the team: In Corporate Controlling, we are looking for a new colleague in our team ‘Controlling Standards’. You will be part of the team driving innovative projects developing controlling standards together with your Controlling Standards Team and work closely with Division, Domains, and Regions. What you can look forward to as Manager Controlling Standards (m/f/d): • Project Lead / Corporate Controlling representative in projects dedicated to the transformation of ZF Group and impact on the ZF financial steering model • Responsible to translate and implement the enhancement and adaptions from transformative projects into controlling standards & internal reporting standards • Coordinating and driving the change management for controlling standards within the Finance and Process Community • Advancing and conducting management training about ZF’s financial steering model as well as for value-based management as part of ZF’s Finance Academy Your profile as Manager Controlling Standards (m/f/d): • Completed degree in business administration/economics or comparable university degree, at least 6 years of professional & leadership experience and solid knowledge in the area of controlling/accounting • Experience in project management and approaching issues with a solution-oriented mindset • Independent, systematic way of working and strong analytical skills • Leadership experience, international & intercultural competence as well as strong communication skills in an international environment (German/English) ZF is a global technology company supplying advanced mobility products and systems for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and industrial technology.
