Job Description Role & Responsibilities As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making and business optimization initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Business Analysis: Create and analyze reports, monitor business data and derive performance KPIs to present business insights and support BD Rowa's Leadership team in a data-driven decision-making process as well as to point out business risks for the BD Rowa platform. - Process Optimization & Project Management: Collaboration in the digitalization and optimization of business processes, also in connection with BD Rowa IT-Applications such as CRM, ERP and CPQ as a data source as well as in project work in cross-functional teams like Pricing, Product Management, Commercial and Service functions. - Subject Matter Expert: Interface role between business teams and the data analytics development team to support the further development of business analytics and the BD Rowa's BI-System (Rowa Cube) as well as sharing knowledge to supporting your colleagues in understanding and utilizing business data for pricing and commercial decisions. - Strategic Initiatives: Support us in the development and implementation of strategic concepts (e.g. Portfolio EPIC), such as the data-based creation of business cases, for example on product life cycles, marketing and sales strategies, in order to achieve BD Rowa's strategic goals based on our Objectives & Key-Results (OKRs). Required Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: - Academic background with a minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree or similar in business administration, economics, analytics or a related field. - Experience in a similar role or relevant internships (minimum 0-2 years), with insight into business analytics or process improvement projects. - Knowledge in business analytics, controlling, consulting and reporting as well as in analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel incl. PivotTable, Power BI, Tableau). - Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with the ability to present insights and business cases to stakeholders. - Using CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 or Sales Force), CPQ-Tools (e.g. Camos CPQ 365) and ERP (e.g. Sage or Business Central) is a plus. - Experience working in a global matrix organization as well as in an agile environment is an advantage.
