Global Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Global Account Manager to join our international sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and developing our global account management team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining long-term, profitable relationships with our largest international clients
* Identifying and realizing growth potential with our global key customers through cross- and upselling activities as well as acquisition of new customers
* Leading customer negotiations and ensuring successful closing strategies on a global level
* Coordinating and working closely with regional sales teams and other departments to ensure a consistent and outstanding customer relationship
* Monitoring and reporting of relevant KPIs, forecasting and budget management as well as creation of action plans for continuous optimization of sales activities and market position
* Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing international sales team to ensure high performance standards and a team-oriented work culture
* Responsible for achieving and exceeding targets by developing and implementing effective, innovative account strategies to maximize revenue and gross margin
* Management and monitoring of complex international customer projects
Requirements:
* University degree in economics, sales, international business or a comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in a senior sales position in Leasing or Financial Services
* Excellent knowledge in the development and implementation of sales strategies and customer relationship management
* Strong leadership skills and experience in managing interdisciplinary teams
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, a confident manner at all hierarchical levels and intercultural competence
* Strong analytical skills and experience in dealing with relevant sales figures and reporting tools
* Willingness to travel and flexibility to work in an international environment
* Business fluent in written and spoken English
