Who will you be joining?
This activity is part of Group People & Culture (GPC) at Allianz SE. GPC is responsible for developing and monitoring HR initiatives and measures worldwide and works closely with the Allianz companies in Germany, the various operating entities (OEs) and the boards of Allianz in Germany.
This position offers the opportunity to work in the area of employee engagement, to contribute to the global Allianz Engagement Survey (AES) and to help build a holistic employee listening strategy.
The AES is an employee survey in which around 25,000 employees in Germany take part. The aim of the AES is to facilitate management decisions and thus promote cultural change at Allianz.
How can you make an impact?
Together with other colleagues in the AES team, you will be responsible for the successful operational implementation, execution and reporting processes for employee surveys as part of the employee listening strategy:
* Implementation of the annual global survey (AES) and pulse checks for around 25,000 employees in the Allianz Germany network
* Managing and reviewing the process of mapping relevant employee data
* Creating various results reports and analyses for the Allianz Germany companies in MS PowerPoint and Excel
* Control and implementation of access rights for the results platform (currently Qualtrics)
* Close cooperation with various departments, the global Allianz Engagement Team, the Allianz Germany companies, HR departments and external service providers
* Support for the continuous improvement of the employee listening strategy
* Project, process and data quality assurance
What are you made of?
* University degree with a background in economics / project management / statistics / psychology / sociology or a related field preferred
* Project management skills (preferably in the field of employee surveys / quantitative social research)
* Excellent Microsoft Excel skills required (working with macros, pivot tables, etc. required)
* Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint skills required
* Experience working with various technology platforms preferred (e.g. survey platforms, reporting tools, HR systems)
* Experience in business-related functions (e.g. sales, operations, claims, underwriting, investment management, asset management, consulting, product development, finance, market management, digital / tech, etc.) is an advantage
* Fluent written and spoken German and English
