Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting:
Head of Marketing & Communication (m/f)
You will lead a dynamic team dedicated to innovation and quality and will be responsible for defining and implementing Arendt’s Marketing & Communication strategy.
Reporting into the Chief Marketing & BD Officer, you will work closely with the senior management of Arendt and its entities.
Your role:
* Developing and supervising internal and external marketing & communications for all Arendt companies;
* Managing teams dedicated to: internal communications, marketing and external communications, events and audiovisual, social media channels;
* Validate strategic content;
* Organise production workflows;
* Develop reporting and monitoring projects;
* Determine and monitor the annual communications budget;
* Coordinate interactions with the various Arendt entities and ensure compliance with the editorial line;
* Arbitrate the priorities of the teams under your responsibility according to the established strategy and the demands of internal clients;
* Ensuring the quality of communication across all developed channels;
* Assisting management in drafting speeches, interviews or preparing for general speaking engagements (internal or external).
Your profile:
* You are native in French or English. Mastery of these two languages will be considered an advantage;
* You hold a master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Linguistics, or a related discipline;
* You have 10-15 years of prior experience in Communications, preferably in the legal or financial sector;
* You have a background in digital communication and social media;
* You are a proactive person with good communication skills. You are both assertive and diplomatic;
* You are client driven and are comfortable in a client-facing role and leading meetings;
* You are solution driven, reliable, highly organized, and a committed team player and problem-solver;
* You combine high curiosity, strong creativity, and attention to detail;
* You are an analytical, logical, and critical independent thinker with a passion for marketing.
