The main objective is to achieve the commercial objectives and the business plan of the Bruker AMS division for the defined region. This achievement involves achieving the order entry objectives set by the division and managing customer satisfaction. This achievement also involves applying the commercial strategy defined by the Bruker Daltonics division for the defined region. Pre-sales: Creation of commercial content to support sales: Presentations, Technical offers, review and improvement of the commercial offer, demonstration reports, Posters, Publications, customer visit report Creation and dissemination of Bruker know-how within the framework of Bruker analytical solutions: internally and externally. Allow to create the conditions for commercial success in relative positioning in relation to the market offer. Active participation in the management of sales projects according to the 4 eyes principle with the salesperson in charge of customer sales follow-up. Overcome and help resolve issues caused by new analytical solutions on sale. Pre-sales customer visits (support) in the region ( DACH, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa ): Key customers, monitoring of ongoing projects or collaborators Participation in seminars and scientific events in the region (DACH, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa). After-sales: Support in the delivery of Bruker analytical solutions promised to customers. This support can go as far as obtaining the acceptance report in the event that the after-sales service is not sufficiently trained or competent. Support for the installed customer base to create commercial conditions allowing the resale or sale of accessories or consumables related to Bruker solutions. Assist in the sale of updates and upgrades for the installed system base Organize and conduct advanced training sessions Understanding and internal reports regarding competing offers. Organizational: Ensure the proper use of company tools Ensure compliance with the rules of good business practice Deployment of business strategies defined by the Division Organize continuity of services with various colleagues and superiors Consolidate synergistic actions with other departments: Sales, After-Sales, Service, etc. Organize regular training sessions for After-Sales Service Engineers on analytical solutions marketed by Bruker. Get involved in internal Beta tests at the request of Bruker development. Support for customers and Bruker Development within the framework of Customer-Bruker collaboration contracts Management: Management of the proper functioning of demonstration instruments designated by the application laboratory manager Management of the reception and receipt of customer samples for demonstration and possibly the supply of standards and small equipment necessary for the proper conduct of analyses. Organize self-training conditions on new market applications and new Bruker products. Support sales in managing of technical discussions with local suppliers for the delivery of complete systems: Post-processing servers, nitrogen generators, small chromatography equipment, standards, etc. Master/Engineer Degree or PhD in Analytical Science with Speciality in Chromatography Mass Spectrometry Dual skills in the field of analytical chemistry and business relations. Valid driving license Good German and English language skills required No restrictions on obtaining a visa from the United States or the European Union or Middle East and Africa Self-discipline and ability to set priorities in a changing context Open-mindedness and ease of contact, high level of personal integrity Ability to physically withstand stress and frequent travel schedules
