Your assignments
1. Serve as the central point of contact for financial planning, reporting, and analysis within the indirect procurement area
2. Consolidate and align procurement savings potentials, ensuring business stakeholders are engaged for Forecast and Budget cycles
3. Independently develop sustainable financial procurement planning, reporting, and analysis frameworks
4. Integrate target achievements into internal and external processes/databases, enhancing efficiency and transparency
5. Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, providing in-depth analyses to support strategic decisions
6. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and proactively address any challenges that may impact timelines or deliverables
7. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders to support informed decision-making
8. Actively improve data flows and streamline financial reporting processes
9. Prepare and deliver comprehensive decision documents that inform the procurement strategy
Your profile
10. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on Controlling, Procurement, or Supply Chain
11. Minimum 3 years of experience in analytical roles, with expertise in controlling, master data, or programming
12. Strong understanding of procurement processes and financial planning/controlling
13. Demonstrated proficiency in analytical skills, with a strategic mindset to solve complex challenges
14. In-depth knowledge of BW/SAP and data warehouse systems
15. Pharma or comparable industry experience is a plus
16. Ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
17. Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
18. A commitment to promoting a culture of performance, ethics, and compliance
19. Comfortable working in an international business environment
20. Expert-level skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and advanced knowledge of SAP ERP (SAP MM, SAP SRM, SAP FI, SAP Suite)
21. Familiarity with sourcing tools such as SAP Ariba Sourcing and Supplier Management is a plus
