Job Summary
This role focuses on content moderation and involves reviewing written content on social media platforms to identify and address issues like fraud or copyright infringement. You'll handle legal requests accurately and ensure compliance with client policies, guidelines, and performance metrics such as SLA, FCR, and CSAT. The position requires attention to detail to meet quality standards and deadlines, but it does not involve typing or watching videos. Instead, the primary responsibility is flagging and assessing social media profiles and related content.
Responsibilities
* Moderate written content to identify and mitigate potential fraud or copyright infringement.
* Review and process legal requests promptly and accurately.
* Understand and adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as First Call Resolution (FCR), Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies and guidelines.
* Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed turnaround times and meet quality standards.
Mandatory Skills
* No previous experience required; maximum up to 12 months experience within content moderation preferred.
* Good understanding of KPIs and metrics (FCR, SLA, CSAT).
* German fluent, B2 English

Conditions & Benefits
o Annual Base Salary: 15,260, including m
eal and transportation allowances
o Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of yearly gross base salary
o Language Premium Bonus: 3240/year
o Total Annual Compensation: 18 500 euros gross
