Job Description
* Work with on-site and remote cross-functional teams of Engineers, Designers, and Marketers to launch impactful improvements and new solutions in a B2B environment.
* Lead, coach and inspire a team of Product Managers in charge of the full product development lifecycle from ideation, feature prioritization, requirement gathering, design and execution, to adoption and post release reviews.
* You will be responsible for setting up the roadmap, measuring performance, keeping your eyes on the users, anticipating bottlenecks, making trade-offs and taking acceptable risks to maximize the benefit for our customer and business.
* Ensure a lean communication between multiple stakeholders, internal or external, so that various complex projects are completely aligned throughout the organization.
* Documenting and communicating feature releases and being the go-to expert for anyone trying to understand more about them.
Qualifications
* +5 years of excellent product development and a proven track leading other Product Managers that reported to you
* An excellent executioner who can balance user needs with business priorities, and ensure delivery in timely fashion
* Ability to engage with your teams as well as Developers, Designers, and Company Leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship in order to build the roadmap of the teams alongside stakeholders.
* You have the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop hypotheses, design experiments, and interpret results
* A background in platform business is a plus
